All items are shipped via Australia Post.

Our standard shipping comes with a tracking number. Please provide all relevant contact information to ensure your postage tracking is sent to you. If you have any issues with your postage please first make an enquiry with AusPost using your tracking information. Orders are shipped every Friday, the delivery time will be dictated by your shipping location.

Estimated delivery times 2 – 4 business days for orders within Australia and approximately 7-14 business days for international orders shipped from Australia.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. We are not responsible for any additional fees.
